1. Management is not responsible for any missing Luggage or Bags.
2. Maximum of 02 bags is allowed per passenger, of which the weight shouldn’t exceed more than 20 kg. any additional bag will be charged INR 300 per bag.
3. Passengers travelling with commercial goods will be required to pay additional Freight charges depending on the size and weight. (Approx. INR 500 Per box)
4. The tickets issued are valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
5. Passengers are requested to report the boarding point of the bus 15 minutes prior to the departure, management is not responsible if the passenger is late or fails to board the bus also can’t provide the alternate services.
6. Children travelling with parents will be charged full fare if the height is more the 03 ft’s, if they share their parent's seat there will be full ticket charges liable to the fare.
7. The tickets issued for the passengers are non-transferable, The management reserves the right to off-load any passenger who is travelling on incorrect ticket details without any refund.
8. Passengers are requested to keep care for other fellow passengers, disturbing or abusing fellow passengers will not be tolerated and can lead to off-loading of the passenger.
9. Smoking or drinking on the bus is not allowed.
10. Pets and animals are not allowed on the bus without a proper cage, Subject to the management's approval and charges for transportation, for details contact customer care.
11.. In case of refund claims, the payments will be processed within 07-10 working days after confirmation.
